Is it possible to upload a discount with a product in 1C-Bitrix?

Good afternoon!
Can you tell me if it is possible to upload a discount with a product, Export - XML (when you upload the entire infoblock)?
I tried to unload it in the file but did not find it?

State No. Discounts are not uploaded. calculated dynamically. But this can be improved.
