Is it possible to upgrade the matrix in a Lenovo laptop?

Hello colleagues.
The first question - to replace the matrix of a laptop, is it enough to match the resolution, dimensions and type of connector? Or are there other critical factors to consider? If so, which ones?
And the second question - my Lenovo 700 15-ISK has a Full HD IPS 15.6" LCD display (model BOEhydis NV156FHM-N42). I'm thinking of replacing it with LP156WF6-SPB1 from LG (Asus N552VX display). Dimensions, resolution, work area and the connectors (30-pin, eDP) are the same.can i supply it?thank you.

you can, but if you have money, it's better to take 2560x1440 because 1920x1080 is the last century
