Is it possible to update the code from a branch from which another branch was created?

There are 2 branches: master and stage.
From the stage I made a new branch, in it I perform a task.
During this time, changes from another branch were frozen in the stage.
Can these changes be pushed to my branch as well?

You merge the stage into your branch. Business something. The branch will not "close" until you delete it yourself.
