Is it possible to translate the site completely to SVG fonts?

I think everyone has already heard about how fonts are rendered differently in different operating systems.
There was an idea to translate all the fonts on the site into SVG in some way,
so that the site looks exactly the same everywhere.
PS I understand that it may sound like nonsense for a typical nerd, but try to explain what this is fraught with, or how best to implement it if you are in the subject. Isn't this too "kosher" idea in terms of performance, etc.?..

To make the site look the same everywhere is guaranteed - just make everything a picture, the entire page.
On Asian sites (Japan, China) this is not uncommon.
But this is unnecessary.
In different operating systems, people have their own preferences, habits.
And a site that looks "not like everyone else on this OS" will be poorly perceived.
If someone really needs to make it look like in another OS, then he will cheat the system and browser settings so that it works for all sites at once .
