Is it possible to transfer with protection through a bank or return the funds transferred to the card?

I want to sell one thing to a person from another region in this way: he transfers money to a card, and I send him a package by a transport company. Could it be that after sending, he will run to the bank and claim that he mistakenly transferred money to another account, or will he send it, but with some kind of protection chip? How to protect yourself?
