Is it possible to transfer video from the hdmi output of the device to the tablet?

The question arose, is it possible to transfer a picture from the hdmi output of any device to a tablet (iOS or Android)?
So far, I have not been able to find a tablet with an hdmi input, and there are no suitable converters either.
It turns out that the only option is to capture video from hdmi on a computer using a separate board, and then transfer it to the tablet, as to an external monitor. But I would like something faster.
For example, there are wireless transmission technologies (DLNA, Miracast, AirPlay, etc.), I believe that you can find applications for android that can show such a signal. And in theory, there should be adapters for transferring video from a computer to a TV without wires. It turns out that such an adapter plugged into hdmi can transmit a signal, and the tablet will receive it. But I really haven’t found anything similar yet, maybe I’m looking in the wrong place? ..

HDMI input is not implemented on any of the devices you listed.
Obviously, you need a video signal not from a PC, but from a stationary device with an HDMI output, in this case it is only possible to use either a special device or make your own, for example, based on the Blackmagic Decklink Mini Recorder capture card and ffmpeg or VLC software.
Please note that if the content transmitted via HDMI is protected, for example from BluRay video discs, then the video capture card will not capture it due to licensing restrictions.
