Is it possible to transfer an image from a video card to another computer through a vga splitter?

Hello. There is computer [A] with VGA on the video card and computer [B] with two DVI on the video card and two monitors. The goal is to capture and store on [B] the image that produces [A]. Can this be done with a VGA splitter?
The plan is as follows: I connect the splitter to the video card [A], then I connect one end of the splitter to the monitor, and the other (using a VGA-> DVI adapter) to one of the DVI video cards of the second computer. Using the second DVI, I connect a second monitor to [B]. As a result, I get a scheme - each computer has its own monitor, + one of the vidyuhi ports [B] receives a signal issued by the vidyuhi [A]. Will I be able to record this signal?
If you have any ideas on how to solve the problem in a different way, I'll be happy to hear it.
PS There is no money for VGA grabbers from epiphan(((We need a homeless version with at least mediocre quality.

@FAN2tom

1var. Try to launch some kind of FRAPS type writer (or What do you use to make a video review of the service?
2var. Connect via RDP (or prog for broadcasting a desktop) and write on a more powerful one.
3var. As already written - tuners, etc.
With Your video card will not work, because there are video outputs, and you need at least one input.
