Is it possible to take into account which of the users last made changes to the cell?

The sheet has been shared with multiple users. Column "A" lists in order from top to bottom "January", "February", "March" and then all the months of the year. In column "B" in each of these rows there is a cell with a checkbox, which a certain user of the document must put down next to their months (each selects several of his months).

The goal is to automatically count the number of checkboxes checked by a particular user, without digging into the change history and manually checking it.

In general, I am also interested in whether it is possible to take into account in the formulas not just the values in the cells, but who last made the changes. For example, if Vasya put a checkbox in cell A1 (or made any other changes),after him , Petya entered the document and made changes to cell A1, then in C1 the value changed to "0"
