Ok, found this on reddit (works for me):
1. Open Nvidia Control Panel
2. Go to "Manage 3D Settings"
3. Turn DSR Factors to "4.00x (native resolution) & Apply
4. Go to "Change Resolution"
5 .Select 3840x2160 & Apply

Of course not. How can you get a screen with a quality that exceeds the maximum resolution of the monitor itself by several times?
Of course not.
Screenshot - a screenshot of the current screen. L - Logic, you can't take more than you have.
If you need to increase the resolution, you can take a screenshot of the current screen and then resize it. But it is clear that this will not be the original picture.
For games, there is GeDoSaTo, which makes the game think that the monik supports any resolution and allows you to take screenshots. Unfortunately, it does not work correctly with all games.
You can connect to yourself via TeamViewer, in my version it allows you to set 2560x1600 (the monitor is not connected to the remote machine at all, but the local FHD), you can set more, did not dig.
