Is it possible to tag files in windows so that they can then be found on the Internet by this tag?

Hello, tell me, is it possible to somehow mark files (doc, docx, xls, pdf ...) in windows so that they can then be found on the Internet by this mark (in case there are more copies of these files and I want to find them or the original file after uploading to the Internet). It is possible theoretically or with the help of programming languages (preferably c# or java)

Theoretically yes. Search engines now index doc, xls, pdf, etc. After uploading the files to the network, after a while, take a few original lines from your document, and look for them, for example, in google, while you can wrap the request in double quotes. Also, if the file appears on torrents, then you can search by the hash of the file (probably, but this is not accurate!). True, if at least one byte is changed, then ...
You can also give the original name for the files, then search through the search engines by the file name.
It's just not clear what does java and c# have to do with it?

Here! Post the encrypted pdf and you'll be fine. The pdf has "do not print" and "do not copy to clipboard" options. Spread files in doc format - mauvais ton! For example, I'm sitting in Linux and macos, and I can't get your doc!

Of course, you can add UUIDto the metadata, but with any conversion ("Save as ...") they will be lost, and there are many special tools for deleting this data: services, programs, and5e6d41a906549697422852.png

If the essence of the question is how to protect your work from copying, then no, you can’t. Anything that can be read can be copied and/or edited. Of course, there is one completely flawed way - to embed watermarks on photos, but this will also interfere with legal consumers.

And store everything important somewhere in the clouds like Yandex Disk or Dropbox?
Data can be protected by putting it in a password-protected archive.
