Is it possible to switch to learning frameworks?

Hi guys.
I already know decently JS (prototypes, inheritance, es6, call, bind, etc.). I can write a couple of apps on my own (but sometimes I'm stupid about the organization). So I’m sitting and thinking, should I start learning JS frameworks (I like React more at first sight) or should I sit and clip apps on vanilla JS?
Tell me how to understand what is already "ripe" for them and it's time already?
Thank you!
PS I also say Trainee JS so don't throw stones too hard please)

@Insolation

Learn React . Applications in vanilla JS do not need to be written, do not repeat the mistakes of developers from 2014.
