Is it possible to swap the fn and ctrl buttons on a MacBook?

I have a 2014 MacBook Air with macOS Sierra.
It always pissed me off that the fn key in Mac keyboards is in place of the Ctrl key in other keyboards, can I somehow fix this? And then the sense of fn, for me personally, is not enough, and Control is somehow very inconveniently located.
