Is it possible to style the path hint when hovering over a link in the bottom left corner of the screen?

When you hover over a link, a tooltip is displayed (left, bottom). Can it be styled? Or is it a completely browser-based element.

edit / add the styles of the desired element to userChrome.css

look for the required element/class through developer tools
