Is it possible to study two directions in programming at the same time?

I am currently studying the creation of games on the corona sdk, but sometimes, crawling on google play, I want to develop applications for android. Actually the question is: will I not forget or, rather, confuse programming for android and creating games, and will one interfere with the other?

You won't know until you try. Personally, I have no problem learning C#, Unity and C++ at the same time. (not counting the fact that you want to spit on some features of the pluses after beautiful C #)

Here I was drawn to answer: first you need to learn your native / default language at the level of the absence of warnings when compiling with other carriers.
Set yourself a task for what to teach: I had Pascal under DOS right after Basic on the ZX Spectrum + part of the code that managed the memory was in assembler. Taught at the same time what to do.

Naturally, the language is forgotten if you don't practice... I use PHP, Java, Python and Ruby almost simultaneously. And you have to look constantly in reference books and manuals. But without this, there’s no way ... Although I think it’s not a problem to put two languages \u200b\u200band technologies in my head with practice! ...

it is possible, but not in a ratio of 1:1, but, for example, 1:5

if you know both technologies to perfection and code and work out projects first on one technological toolkit, and then the same project on another technological toolkit, then yes, you can. Comparison will also be a plus - where is complexity, where is ease, where is more convenient, where is faster, pluses and minuses of each of the platforms, technologies, pitfalls.
You can't read two books at the same time. but sequentially and switching between them is real. besides, this can be a small respite, in order not to get tired with only one topic, there will also be training and rest. the main thing would be interest. it may happen that one topic or direction then disappears by itself and delve into only one path, expanding its foundations and horizons of this direction
