Is it possible to study robotics in a university program remotely (in Russian)?

Hi all!
Please tell me if there are any universities where you can study completely remotely in order to get trained in a university program (or something similar, even without various diplomas and diplomas) in the specialty Robotics or Mechatronics and Robotics, or something something like that?
I understand that this specialty is not courses in management or economics, you need to work and practice in laboratories, but what if something so serious and powerful, and even in Russian, is there?

No, but I know for sure that there is the same, only correspondence form.
Some SGA teaches remotely, but its graduates are simply not taken anywhere.
