Is it possible to store comments on a post inside the post itself?

I use a blogging service instead of hosting, visitors left comments on posts through Disquss. But I got sick of his gluttony, the abundance of trackers and heaviness. I copied the comments directly to the end of the posts with a tag <time>for each comment and deleted Disquss from the site, and now I'm wondering if Google got angry. In theory, after all, the comments to the article are part of it in the source code of the pages, they are simply loaded from the database in other CMS, etc. Nothing if they are immediately in the publication?

For Blogger, this is an irrelevant problem: comments that are not left through the default form are not indexed very well on it, so consider that you have not lost anything.
It was necessary to immediately set up the synchronization of Disqus comments and standard Blogger comments, then everything would have remained in place.
