Is it possible to somehow “tear out” material-components from Quasar.js and use it in Nuxt.js?

Hello.
From Quasar.js I need their material components, and from Nuxt.js - everything else that Quasar.js does not have (in particular, the generation of static pages).
How can I implement this?
I will say right away: Vuetify is not suitable for a number of reasons. And the rest of the material components that I saw are so-so, you need to finish, configure, but you want something beautiful right out of the box. What is in Quasar.js is the very thing, but I don’t really understand how to correctly take them from there.
