What can you offer them? Start from the first levels, why go straight to the boss? A couple of years in web studios + freelancing, two more years on highload projects - embryo (photo country) takes people in packs, and a lot of them.
And then you will realize that happiness is not on Twitter and make your own startup with blackjack and loads.
