Is it possible to somehow install the Bitrix24 box on debian?
I need to install a fresh box on an already deployed debian, I can’t use centos or the bitrixVM virtual environment, but I didn’t find any tools for this at all, the site only talks about the 2 cases described above, is there still a possibility?

If you can deploy the following software yourself, then no problem:
mysql-server 5.* and 8.0
web-server (Apache 2.4.*)
php 7.x
nginx 1.18.0
memcached
stunnel
catdoc
xpdf
munin
nagios
sphinx
Or a super simple option, deploy the system virtualization on Debian (for example KVM), and then just create a VM on CentOS.
Deploy BitrixVM in a virtual machine and drag everything you need to Debian.
Just transfer the site, database and configs nginx, apache, mysql, etc. - hands.
Can't you? Then it’s worth looking for something that can or ask questions about Bitrix TP.
You can:

https://lib.clodo.ru/cms/bitrix-os-debian.html
yes you can, I also like the deb branch more, but I recommend that you stay on centos.
it will take you about 20 hours of setup and debugging to make B24 fully work without problems on debian.
and for one thing you can abandon apache in the direction of nginx + fpm on it, it works faster.
But whether so much haemorrhoids is your business
. And do not confuse just Bitrix and B24, there are different requirements.
not that it’s completely straight, but the sphinx is also needed and the push pool and so on.
