Is it possible to somehow connect Google Spreadsheets with some kind of CRM or database for a call center?
I'm sure I'm not the first to ask this question, if someone has a similar experience, please share. In short, you need to somehow connect Google Spreadsheets, either with some kind of CRM for the call center, or with some kind of database, so that there is integration between them. Roughly speaking, some person is calling, I entered him into the database for calls, and by clicking on the button, information about this all "flew" into Google spreadsheets. I would like to know if this is technically possible and maybe there are some examples of "live" use.
