Is it possible to somehow cleverly remove yourself on Facebook from someone else's blacklist?

If, for some unknown reason, I ended up in someone's blacklist, is it possible to unblock myself in his blacklist somehow imperceptibly for this person? For example, send him a link from someone else's account by opening which this person will not see that he removed me from the blacklist? Or, what's the other option?
