Is it possible to somehow assign different goals for one form, depending on the link from which they went?

There is a form
There is advertising for this form from different social networks. networks.
Is it possible to implement this:
For each of the social. networks will be a unique link created, for example, using vk.cc
Depending on the link, the goal when submitting the form will change.
If yes, then where to dig? If not, what other options are there for tracking traffic from different sources to the form? Not necessarily by metrics.

I will not tell you about the direct implementation in JavaScript, but I will explain the principle.
The target is sent by a specific method in JS. In this case, the name of the target is set in the method. Accordingly, if you write a script that, depending on the URL, for example, UTM tags in it, substitutes different names into this method, then you can easily implement your task.
In general, Yandex.Metrica easily segments the sources by which the goal was achieved.
