Is it possible to set up switching layouts in Windows by fn as on new poppies?

Good day. On new macbooks, the layout is switched with one button (fn). Due to the nature of my activity, I often have to work from a poppy in RDP on a Windows machine. Is there a way to set up switching layouts on Windows using the same button? I tried all sorts of keyRemappers, but they just ignore pressing fn as a separate button, i.e. I can’t even choose it in order to hang a combination.
