Is there such a setting in search engines where it would be possible to add certain sites to the filter so that links to them are not displayed in the search results. For example, I'm not interested in seeing links to some news sites.

I don’t see this in the search settings. You can correct it
in chrome://settings/searchEngines
not quite what you need, but at least some automation of filtering
