Is it possible to set up one network for wan and lan ports?

There is a tplink router I want to set for wan 10.0.0.10 and for WiFi dhcp from 10.0.0.12-10.0.0.20, that is, its address is for example 10.0.0.11 from the lan network, is it possible?

Forgot about the netmask.
If 10.0.0.12-10.0.0.20 are on the same network, then according to simple math, 10.0.0.10 will be on the same network (mask /27 or less (/26, /25, /24,..) and you won't come up with such mask to separate 10.0.0.10).
But you can WAN 10.0.0.10/28 (from 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.14) and LAN 10.0.0.17/28, under DHCP 10.0.0.18..10.0.0.30

Is it possible to set up one network for wan and lan ports?
One - it is impossible, because routing does not work like that. And routing is the main function of a router. The mask just divides the range of addresses into different networks. The example I suggested is not one network, but two different networks.

I hope you understand what one network is?
you can, it's called a network bridge, you need to combine lan and wan ports into one network device, it seems that all routers should be able to do this,
but the provider (the one where the wan is connected) should be able to route several ip addresses via your link
