Is it possible to set up chrome sync in a special way so that other devices with sync enabled can see the bookmarks you made on this device, but you can't see everything that's going on on other devices, and vice versa?

1. Click on the photo of your account in the browser (both on PC and on mobile devices).
2. Select Manage sync (on mobile devices) and Sync and Google services (on PC).
3. Select Sync Management (on PC).
4. Choose what data to sync.
