Is it possible to set some data in the controller and get it in the command?

Now in the controller I write data to a file / database.
In a command I take the data from a file/database.
is it possible to do this with sessions or something else?
I will be grateful for any help.

Maybe you need queues (RabbitMQ/etc) or something like Memcached/Redis.
