Is it possible to set a vector path as a mask for a MouseArea in QT?

Good afternoon, I want to create a clickable element based on an svg image, while I want to make a custom vector, not a raster path that would indicate clickability boundaries. I found a similar topic , but everything is not the same, the round area case and the case that uses a bitmap mask are described. Has anyone come across the same but using a vector path for this?
