Is it possible to set a stock class for loading images via ckeditor + elfinder:?

The bottom line is that there are 2 problems:
a) There is no possibility of centering the image
b) Not adaptive.
When selecting an image, you can also add a class in the Additional section. There I'm already writing with my hands
center-block img-responsive
Is it really possible to make these two classes stand by default?
