Is it possible to send paper letters to classic addresses (country, city, zip code, street, house number, apartment) in an automated mode?
Good afternoon. I wondered whether it is possible to send paper letters to classic addresses (country, city, postal code, street, house number, apartment) in an automated mode (using API or something less convenient), i.e. without leaving home.
I believe that the Russian Post has not grown to such a level, but there may be other intermediary services that provide such services for a reasonable fee.

Google it here . Judging by the state of the site, the service has been down for a long time...but I guess it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
For legal entities, there is "Partition mail" at the post office ( www.russianpost.ru/rp/servise/ru/home/usljurperson... ), the client prints letters (on a regular printer), packs them in envelopes (there are special envelope machines or manually ), prints the sender and recipient on the envelope (It is possible in the "Partition mail" software), sticks payment signs (stamps) or stamps with a franking machine, and sends it to the OPS (post office) - this is the way receipts and notifications are sent.
In theory, I think that for a fee, they will be able to print, cancel and send by mail, but it all depends on the amount that you are willing to pay and on the volume.
PS: The Russian Post has a monopoly on sending letters, so if there is anyone who implements this, it will still be sent through the mail.
These services still exist today. You can send real paper letters without leaving your home. For example, VkonVerte.rf
