Hello Habr!
There was an idea to create a mobile application in the form of a fitness game.
I did not try to develop myself for various mobile operating systems, I prefer working with databases. In this regard, the question arose whether it is possible to sell the idea and, if so, in what form the idea should be formalized (terms of reference / business plan / patent). What are the risks involved?
A search in google led to several dubious sites, I decided to ask Habr)

The minimum unit of information that can be used to talk about a sale is a ready-made TOR with the design of elements, logic, explanations, etc.
