Is it possible to save coordinates from user from google/yandex maps api?

Good afternoon.
I want to get on the site the coordinates of the points that the user marked with a mouse click on the map, save them and later display them on the site on a public map. The use of a geocoder is excluded.
Do I understand correctly that my Wishlist contradicts the rules for using the free API of the yandex maps and google maps services?
