In the (old) Opera there was such a feature - to save the session. This function saved the window (or all windows) with all the stuff to the session file.
Let's say he was looking for some material, opened a cloud of tabs, saved this window to a session file, and closed it. When needed, you can always open it again with one click.
Is this implemented in Yandex.Browser? Maybe an extension?

In the menu at the top right, we find bookmarks. there we find our saved session. Then right-click on the folder and open all in the drop-down menu.
