Is it possible to run vagrant on virtualbox if the system does not support VT-x?

You need to install Homestead for laravel . But the computer has a processor without support for VT-x virtualization technology ( Intel Q8200 ). As far as I understand, it is needed in order to run virtual machines. Therefore, it is not possible to start vagrant, after the "vagrant up" command it reaches a certain place and issues a message:

It also does not start in VirtualBox itself:
