Is it possible to run the application remotely?

Is it possible to remotely launch an application, open a browser?
When I install the phone in the car, I want to automatically open Yandex.navigator on it without any extra actions. I know that the Pioneer SPH-10BT radio tape recorder can do this, I wonder how it is implemented, I couldn’t find anything :( There is a guess that this can be done through commands and reading nfc tags in iphone xs, mb more options? It is unlikely that pioneer does this.
