Is it possible to run Metro apps on a netbook without DownScaling?

Subject. The maximum resolution of the netbook is 1024x600, if you fix the registry and turn on DownScaling - the applications run, but it turns out to be a complete rip-off. Are there alternative methods?

Why are you mocking? Install Windows 7 and forget about this Metro, it's not for netbooks at all

As far as I know, no.
And it makes no sense to use Metro on a netbook.
