Is it possible to run files with ionic creator in visual studio (hybrid application)?

Is it possible to run files with ionic creator in visual studio?
let's say I made an application in ionic creator interface, downloaded it as a folder. But now you need to program everything. Is there a way to work through visual studio (apache cordova blank is there)?
The usual way of copying files to the www folder does not help, since it cannot be launched. (Swears at libraries or something like that) I did not find any sane documentation on how to connect them.
