Is it possible to run an external handler when a message delivery error occurs in Exim?

Hello.
Interested in the following. Is there any way to run an external handler when a message delivery error occurs in Exim. To put it simply, if Exim catches 111, -52 or -51 errors, then it runs some external script and sends it the email that caused the error.
If Exim doesn't know how to do this, then maybe you can tell the MTA who can.

So far, it has been implemented like this: all bounce messages (which go to the sender when the letter is not delivered) are caught ( habrahabr.ru/post/164661 ), parsed, the initial msg_id is taken from there and logic is done on it.
