Is it possible to return the Amazon Kindle 3 from Russia under warranty?

I ordered one for myself through Shipito. While I was waiting, I read on Habré that a warranty return / exchange exists, even if the device was crippled due to the fault of the user, but the author of the article lives in Ukraine. Can those who know Habrolyudi tell you if there were precedents of this kind with devices delivered to Russia through an intermediary?

There is a thread on the-ebook.org .
Knowledge of Hindu-English is almost mandatory (rarely when a return occurred only by letter)
Amazon does not care how it was bought. But it’s better not to talk about shipito, I bought it and went to Russia.

Well, just like that, through an intermediary, you will return and receive a replacement.
In addition to additional shipping costs, I don’t see a problem)
I can think about direct shipment from you to agree ... and return a new serviceable device through an intermediary again.

If it's not a secret, why are you returning?
