The documentation https://apiok.ru/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId... has a description of the application parameters, and there is the payment_promo_active parameter we need (is there an active payment action).
Is it possible to somehow request/receive the payment_promo_active parameter via api so that not only our application, but also our server knows the current value of payment_promo_active?
