Is it possible to report ads in old posts on habré?

I gradually get acquainted with the realities of habr, rummaged through a lot of posts explaining them ( I especially liked this one habrahabr.ru/qa/12155/ ), but did not find an answer to the question: if I stumble upon a topic with incorrect links ( the owner replaced the links over time on advertising, the hoster set a redirect, etc. ) is it possible to influence this post in any way to protect other users from wasting time on it?
Example: habrahabr.ru/post/40933/ - without the original content of the links, this post actually makes no sense. One link displays an ad, the other 404 code.

1. You need to make sure that the author spoiled the article on purpose, for advertising purposes.
2. Issue a request / warning asking for a fix.
3. In case of refusal, or lack of an answer, notify the administration, which, I hope, will explain to the author what he is wrong about.
4. If there is no action on the part of the administration, notify the habro community (publish a small post / QA, or just in a personal message to several people with significant karma).
PS I think that changing links in articles to advertising ones is unacceptable, and I think that this should be punished. But be sure to make sure that the author did it intentionally.

In my opinion, the author of the post with advertising ( upir ) simply abandoned his site => did not renew it with the registrar => it was put up for auction.
