Is it possible to remove shutdown.exe notifications?

Hello,
I wrote a batch file to restart the computer with a timer of 15 minutes:
shutdown -r -t 900
Immediately after starting, a notification appears saying that after 15 minutes, the computer will be restarted.
Well, the essence of the question is, is it possible to remove such notifications?
