Is it possible to remove hosted web3.js/ethers.js bot? What about the hosted smart contract (Ethereum and Polygon)?

I need that when money is credited to the Metamask (Ethereum and Polygon) wallet, the money is automatically transferred to the smart contract.
I was advised to write a bot on web3.js and ethers.js for this.
I want to know, if I write this bot and host it, can it be deleted later? (I want to host it permanently, without the possibility of deletion).
And I want to know if it is possible to delete an already hosted smart contract? (Ethereum and Polygon)

Hello.
What gets on the blockchain stays on the blockchain forever (except in rare cases).
A smart contract placed on the blockchain cannot be deleted.
