But there are also duplicates of this catalog at the addresses:

https://di-zel.ru/equipment11052017

The problem is that they are displayed incorrectly and clog the site structure. And I wanted to remove them (through the structure), but the question is, will this affect the site in a negative way? When further opening pages of duplicates of the catalog, normal pages open.

Firstly, try to develop on a local copy, then any "tests" and your own developments / jambs will not harm the main working site.
Secondly, you can also make a backup, you never know what and how it is tied up and done by others ...
But in fact the answer to the question:

folders All folders are most likely copies of the main equipment / directory created by for the test. There are probably only index.php and .section.php files inside. They just included a catalog component, possibly with a different template.
