Is it possible to reflash the gamepad myself, and if so, how?

There is a Canyon CND-GPW5 gamepad, when I bought it it worked, I decided for some reason to install a new firmware from their website, installed it, now it doesn’t work on a PC at all, I tried many ways, nothing helps. Is it possible to somehow reflash it myself?

Of course you can. You will need to disassemble the gamepad, find the ROM (or microcontroller with ROM) in which this firmware is located, find a suitable programmer, open the update file and pull out this firmware in a "raw" form, solder the programmer (or unsolder the ROM and insert into the programmer), and finally flash.
I usually do this, but for some reason people prefer to contact the store or the manufacturer under warranty and exchange the device for a working one.
