Is it possible to recover data from an application in Java Me?

there is an ancient sony ericsson in java, I had a very important password stored there, and I accidentally deleted it. the bottom line is that it was stored in the "notes" program and not as a text file in fs.
can i get it out somehow?
And another question: where in java me is there any system data and all that? in android it’s pretty obvious what lies where, but here it’s not very
