Is it possible to receive trap messages from the pull module by an unauthorized user?

I catch messages like this:

BX.addCustomEvent("onPullEvent", function(module_id, command, params) {console.log(module_id, command, params);});

Messages come only if you are authorized, if not, then they do not come. Is it possible to fix this with regular or non-standard means?
