Is it possible to receive notifications of new likes using the Bots Longpoll API?

Is it possible to use the Bots Longpoll API or Bots Callback API to track information about likes? The official documentation does not answer the question. Moreover, on the page listing events there is no item dedicated to likes. But there are applications that can track likes and keep track of how many likes a particular user has given.
