Is it possible to put a wrapper over the Yandex.Maps Static API in OpenSource?

Just in case, I dreamed of everything indicated below, and in a dream it was used only for personal purposes.
I once needed to take a high-quality satellite image of an area with a lot of polygons.
Of course, I immediately turned to the Yandex.Maps Static API .
However, there I met a restriction on:

  • Image resolution
  • Amount of points
  • Number of polygons

Therefore, I decided to directly take pictures like this https://sat01.maps.yandex.net/tiles?l=sat&v=3.227.... , programmatically glue them into one picture, and draw polygons and whatever my heart desires on top.
I had to work a little on translating geographic coordinates into tile coordinates on Yandex.Maps. Nevertheless, everything worked out and the images are generated.
Actually, the question is:
Is it possible to lay out what happened in OpenSource on github, or
will the evil guys from Yandex put me in jail for this?

I don't think you fall. Those. as a developer, you are free to post any code.
Another question is that the user of your code will be subject to the Yandex license, respectively, Yandex should come to him.
