Is it possible to put a newer Python interpreter in Blender 3D (Ubuntu)?

Hello.
If you download Blender from the ubuntu store (can't remember the name of the exact one..) then it will use the "ubuntu" interpreter of the same version that ubuntu uses.
The problem is that Blender from the store is not the first freshness, hence the question arises, how to screw in the version of Blender downloaded from the official site, the Ubuntu interpreter?
And more... It is interesting to know why the version from the store uses the system interpreter? If someone knows, I would be glad to read, otherwise there is zero information on the Internet :)
